Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.bookscoverdesigns.com and the services provided by Books Cover Designs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Books Cover Designs provides custom book cover design services for authors and publishers.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., based in Ireland, in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Full payment or a deposit may be required before design work begins. Invoices are issued electronically.

3. Revisions and Approval

Each project includes [unlimited or two] rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees. Final approval must be provided in writing (via email).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only available if work has not yet started. Once work begins, no refunds are issued unless agreed upon in writing. As this is a custom service, the legal right to withdraw within 14 days does not apply once the service has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

Final designs, once fully paid, are yours to use for commercial and promotional purposes. Books Cover Designs reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary content (title, author name, specifications, etc.) and for reviewing and approving drafts on time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the design after delivery. All services are provided “as is” and without warranties.
